Meet Joseph

Joseph Cataldie is a lifelong Baton Rouge resident, father, and dedicated attorney with over fifteen years of courtroom experience. A graduate of LSU and the Southern University Law Center, he has spent his career representing Louisiana families in family law, personal injury, estate planning, and criminal defense, earning a reputation for fairness, preparation, and integrity.

Before practicing law, Joseph owned and managed several successful local businesses, giving him firsthand experience in leadership, accountability, and making tough decisions that impact people’s lives.

Rooted in his community and guided by faith and family, Joseph understands the challenges families face every day. He believes the Family Court should be a place of respect, compassion, and common sense, and he’s ready to bring that standard of integrity to the bench.
